How to do kapalbhati pranayama

So guys first let us know how to do kapalbhati pranayama because it is very important to getting a whole benefits of kapalbhati pranayama, so doing kapalbhati pranayama first sit a any comfortable position like sukhasana or padmasana and keep straight your head and spine and backbone, now keep your hand on your knee now time to close your eyes and take a deep breath from your nose and release your breath easily not forcefully. repeate it again and again atleast 2 to 5 minute in starting days but after some days you can do 10 to 15 minute as per your limit.
